Gasoline Grill — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a restaurant, we ordered two cheeseburgers without onions, an original burger without sauce, 7 nuggets, 4 lemonades, and fries. The order took and took a long time, we approached and saw that those who had come behind us in line already had their orders… of course! We asked and from there came the rudeness of a tall black-haired boy, then he gave us the nuggets and the hamburger and we waited, then we claimed our hamburgers and he got angry… obviously we also had our children waiting at a table to eat, they yelled at us and treated us as if we were asking for extra things (thieves) then someone came who we believe to be the very decent manager and gave us our orders, then I asked for the mayonnaise and again the dark-haired boy tells us “now asking for extra things” an outrage how they treated us. After arriving at the table and opening the burgers, they were without lettuce and without tomato and the meat was melted... the worst experience of my life in a place where I have been many times without any problems. We will never go back. They should have trained the employees to handle delay situations and not have so many rude people working there. VERY SAD THAT YOU PAY FOR DELICIOUS FOOD AND GET JUNK AND...

I have a nut / peanut allergy… The employee at the till made a joke about everything having peanuts in it - I asked if he was joking and he said yes he was joking nothing has nuts in… so I asked which one was it and he laughed and said no don’t eat here everything has peanuts in? So he lied / joked about the nut allergy leaving us really confused. We had to ask 3 other members of staff and non of them knew anything about allergies or anything about nuts… One chef said it’s rapeseed oil then another chef said she thinks it does have peanuts? Gasoline’s website says they don’t use peanut oil hence why we came. I didn’t risk it, my nut allergy is too serious for staff jokes and lack of knowledge on what they’re actually serving people… this can be really...

No question, the most boring burger I've ever eaten. The meat has very little to offer and there is absolutely nothing special or unique. Just boring. The environment is also really awful. The atmosphere is a terrible contrast to the rest of Tivoli. It's really bizarre. Last of all, the prices don't make sense either. If Gasoline offered a truly premium burger then the price would be okay, but they don't offer a premium burger. Even so, many other restaurants around Denmark offer premium burgers for much less. Even Dagmar Hotel in Ribe is excellent and nearly half the price. Gasoline, get your quality up. Your minced meat feels and tastes like cheap and over cooked stew meat.
