Falernum — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

We had a reservation prior to visiting and we were seated very fast. Unfortunately the tables are cramped together and the space is tiny. Even the waiters were struggling to serve. The tables are also small with very uncomfortable chairs. The atmosphere for a wine bar should be cozy but it wasn’t. However, the food and the wine pairings were absolutely amazing. The food was super delicious and they made sure to have a vegetarian course included. They also paired every meal with a great wine. The staff serving us were also very kind, they had attention to detail and they gave us a description of everything...

There really isn't much to say about Falernum. It's the best winebar in Copenhagen by a landslide. The food is excellent, the wine selection is fantastic, and the ambiance is cozy and intimate, which is particularly appealing during the dark, cold winters, but also pretty great during the summer with the windows open and an opportunity to people-watch on one of Copenhagen's best streets.
