Booked a room with ocean view and that i got...really nice view from the 1. floor balcony over the ocean and the city lights at night.||The room has a good size, refridgerator, good size cabinet, safe, aircon, the usual coffee/tea/water and comfortable beds...all you need.||The wobbly sink and other things could need a touch up, but it's not the Ritz Carlton and everything works and is clean :)||Since it is a hotel in the middle of the city with the promenade and restaurants right outside, you have to expect noise day and night time, but that is expected when you want to be close to everything with a view...earplugs did it for me :)||If you want less noise book a room with garden/pool view or the bungalow on the top where youre just a little further away from everything...downside is just the missing ocean view.||The garden is really nice, with a covered breakfast bar, pool, poolbeds, lounge area and toilets...ask for towels at the bar.||It's not a night bar where you can buy beer and tequila sunrise, but you can bring your own beer to the garden and if you need more everything is really close :)||The staff...amazing!||Bibo: friendly funny lowkey guy who managed it while i was there.||Hager: always helping, really sweet and with a charming contagious laughter :)||Mogley: the guy that everybody in town knows and the entertainment and fixer...if you go out with him, watch out he does not fall in a ditch :)||If you see 2 staff people who sometimes sound like they are an old married couple, even if they are far from, it's Hager and Mogley :D||All staff is really great and always ready to walk that extra mile for you, no matter the time of the day!||They even arranged a bbq night with plenty of good food and good atmosphere and can also arrange tours :)||The balcony doors could be thicker to keep out noise, the annoying guy downstairs room 2 could stop playing with and irritating his dog some mornings at 6.30 and some minor cosmetic details tells me to give 4 stars...but your in Dahab in Egypt and the experience and the staff makes me give 5 :)||If you want a good, cosy, chill, reasonably priced hotel with a lot of features close to everything, with a view over the city and ocean and with an amazing staff...this is...
ย ย ย Read moreThe Club Red Motel delighted us with its warm hospitality and thoughtful service, proving that genuine care and a welcoming atmosphere can elevate a stay far beyond conventional star ratings. This blend of modesty and quality made our time not just satisfactory, but memorably pleasing, highlighting the essence of true hospitality and earning it a five-bubble rating experience.||From the get-go, the staff at Club Red were incredibly welcoming. Their approach to hospitality was effortless and professional, making it clear that they were there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Booking through Booking.com was a breeze, and the communication with the motel was impressively swift.||Our room came with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the seaโa feature that quickly became our favorite. The trade-off was the noise from the nearby seaside restaurants and bars. During the off-season when we visited, this was manageable, but I could see it being more of a concern during busier times. Thankfully, the motel offers garden-view rooms for those seeking quieter nights.||The room itself was cozy and just what we needed. As nights in January through March can get a bit chilly, the availability of quilts or duvets was a thoughtful touch that we appreciated.||Breakfast was simple but satisfying. It was good to see that there was some flexibility to tweak it to our liking. While it catered well to our tastes, our youngest, who's on the pickier side, would have loved some cereals or pancakes.||Reflecting on my stay, Club Red Dahab is a reminder that the heart of a good motel doesn't lie in its star rating but in the experiences it offers and the memories it helps create. For those looking for a place to stay that serves as a comfortable base to explore Dahab, Club Red is definitely worth considering. Despite being a two-star motel, the experience felt much richer, proving that sometimes, less...
ย ย ย Read moreLast minute booking (10mins before check in!). Hagar and her team did admirably in getting the room cleaned and ready for us very quickly. We got a good sized seaview room. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.||Accomodations were clean and functional, albeit basic. As we were there for a diving holiday, this fitted us perfectly. The room came with a large fridge which came in handy for chilling drinks and keeping fruit. Airconditioning worked well. Wifi was unfortunately too slow for anything other than basic messaging/emails (we used 4G for everything else - SIM card from Sharm airport was cheaper than in Dahab). Water pressure will disappoint those into american style showers.||Location is good - smack in the middle of town on the promenade between the two halves of town (Masbat and Mashraba). Plenty of good restaurants in the area, plus a major supermarket 50 yards away||Hotel had a pool and dive centre but we did not use either (no time - Dahab is quite charming). Free breakfast at 9am, but they were happy to provide a packed breakfast as we were already out for the day by 8.30am.There wer also evening activities pool side but were were usually asleep by then.||We would be happy to use again when next...
