Moncler Courchevel Village — Local services in Albertville

I am absolutely disappointed with the service that Moncler offers in its store - it doesn't live up to the standards of a premium brand. The staff seem incompetent and disorganized.

I was told a jacket was not available, so it was supposedly ordered. The salesperson gave me his WhatsApp number to update me on the status, but never got back to me and didn't respond to my messages. I had to go to the store three times in total to check. Then it turned out that it was a standard model that should always be in stock - the seller was obviously unaware of this information. The jacket I ordered was never delivered.

When I asked again, another employee apologized and promised that the jacket would be available in two hours. But another mistake: the jacket was in the wrong color because the sales assistant had made a mistake when ordering. I was again assured that I could pick up the right jacket the next day, but no one got back to me.

It is unbelievable how unprofessionally paying customers are treated. What happened to the principle that "the customer is king"? This service is a disgrace for a brand...

Please be worry-free with these two amazing people- I had a problem with a ski coat that I bought in Paris in Moncler and they have changed it for me very fast and professionally! All my question were solved in the store within an hour ! Unbelievably nice...

Lovely shop - nice helpful staff, even give you a special bag so that you can ski down carrying your items.
