We got engaged in lovely Annecy so was fitting we got the engagement ring in Annecy :) We visited all the good jewellery places in the city, really good places but settled on this lovely place in the end. Ring selection is good inside, The staff were great. Actually amazing because we were leaving in two days time and the ring had to be fitted. Which for these guys wasn’t a problem as they were unique as created all their own top end rings. The ring had to have all diamonds removed and then band adjusted and then placed back on for the perfect fit. No small task, Not a problem for them. We had the ring ready to go before our flight home :)

We then came back to them for the wedding ring to be made as we loved the comments our Irish friends gave for the engagement ring. They loved it. Definitely good to have got the ring in Annecy were we got engaged. Adds a lovely story to it and every country has its own tastes and styles so was nice to get it there in France. Made contact on the phone first then kept going via emails. No issue for them. They had all our details from the 3 months ago previous visit to Annecy. Gave a few drawing and photos of what we wanted and left the rest to the professionals and artists. Ring was made and sent securely by registered post.

We loved the end result, amazing quality and craftsmanship. the two rings complimented each other lovely, such a good fit to each other. Great job.

Personally I did not have a pleasant experience and would not recommend the place. I felt being unwelcome and found some of the stuff lacking professionalism. I came to the store with the aim to get my engagement ring repaired .

The gentleman that greeted me and accepted my ring was very nice but then from that moment things turned unfortunately not so well for me. First, it took 1 month to get the quotation and get the repair done for €350 (in my opinion too long and too expensive). Secondly, after 3 weeks the ring cracked again and I came to the store to seek for help as I thought there was a problem with the repair . It did not make me feel well the way I was received . One of the stuff members was not very pleasant and very défensive. I left the ring and after another 3 weeks of chasing (multiple emails , calls and visit to the store) just to get a quotation, I got an answer that a solution cannot be offered for the repair. The most upsetting part is not that the repair cannot be done but the response times which were extremely slow and me requiring to spend so much time chasing just to get a quotation. Great service while shopping. I love my original piece from them, as well as a piece purchased there but made by another jeweler. However I’ve been trying to get my VAT refund from them for 6 weeks with no return communication. This experience makes me hesitant to purchase from private Eurozone shops in the future.

Edit September 2025: They have finally responded to my emails about the VAT (en français: TVA), claiming bank issues. Unfortunately after several more weeks, the money has still not been deposited into my account, and they are no longer replying to emails.

Edit October 2025: Nearly 4 months and countless emails later, the VAT has been refunded! I still love my purchases and do recommend these jewelers, but maybe they will consider partnering with Global Blue...
