I want to start be saying all the staff were super nice, helpful and friendly. So these stars are all for them.

I was collecting an order that had been placed and paid for online. To collect you order you have to make an appointment. This is supposedly to mean your order is prepared and ready to collect. Without this appointment you will not be able to collect your order.

So we arrived 10 mins early, parked up in the bays, checked in and were told to wait. 30 mins later part of our orde came out. I asked about missing items and was told to go back into reception. They taped the order number back in and told us to wait outside again! We waited another 15mins.
