Right in the middle of the action in Colmar you'll find this specialty food shop. Even though right in the tourist center, it is a real good shop with products of high quality. Lots of wonderful meat, cheeses and other specialties from the Alsace.

We bought saucisse de fumé and de bière, Foie Gras and Duck Confit. All wonderful products. Left for home the next day. Enjoyed their specialities the next few days and weeks at home.

Duck Confit is oh so tender and tasty. If you don't know duck confit, then you should definitely go for it.

A really nice shop with helpful and friendly staff. We'll be back in Colmar soon and we'll be back in this...

Let's talk business: This is literally the best place for brezels at Colmar. The stand for Brezels is very cute and a little hidden, so you gotta pay attention. You got different sorts of Brezel: Salty, sweet, cheese and bacon and even the well known croque-monsieur-style (I loved this one!!!). I...

Popped in here randomly. The staff are so friendly and helpful. A wonderful gentleman helped me pick out a bottle of wine for the evening, patiently explaining the different pinot noirs. I highly recommend this store, especially if you're trying to avoid all of the tourist trap shops...
