The Village Hansi & its Museum — Attraction in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

The staff are super unfriendly, the girls working there are extremely rude, which took us away all will to buy anything. The store itself could be nice, but with such a treatment it has a lot to lose. They also don't seem to speak anything other than French and they literally expelled us from the store, without previous notice, 1 minute after the alleged closing time ("C'est fermé, c'est fermé!!). We said Hello while entering, no response, but 10 minutes later they came just to tell us to leave, while we were choosing what to buy. Very bad experience. Don't recommend it. It's more useful to help other local stores owned by people...

Is this a museum or a shop? The museum, nice, and detailing the life and work of 'Hansi' (J.J. Walz) is to be found at the back of the extensive retail business which is obviously geared to generate as much money as possible. İlgileri 0.Ingilizce bilmiyorlar.Ben başka magazanin poşetiyle girdim.Meger orda yasakmış.Gormelerine rağmen uyarmadilar.Alisverisimi tamamlayınca poşetin icindekilerinde parasını istediler.Ben de başka bir yerden dün aldığımı ve bugün yola çıkacağım için son alışverişlerinizde de içine koyup yola cikacagimi bu yüzden bu poşetle dolastigimi söylememe rağmen kabul etmediler.Uzun süre tartıştıktan sonra( diğer musterilerin tercumesiyle anlasabildik)Otele geri döndüm çöpleri kurcaladım, slibimi buldum tekrar gidip dün satın aldığım ürünleri geri alabildim.Onu bile bi zahmet verdiler.Alt tarafı 2 kutu kurabiyeydi.Inadimdan peşini bırakmadım yoksa kaç kuruşluk şey. Ama yaklaşımları berbattı. Kameralara bakın dedim. Kamera bile yoktu.Cok kötü bir deneyim oldu.Bu insanların turistlere yaklaşımını hiç mi hiç beğenmedim.Isterse en güzel yer olsun bir daha adımımı atmam ve kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.Bir yeri rezil de vezir de eden çalışanlar. Bunlar gerçekten rezil etmişler. Hem para vericem hem de böyle bir muamele ile karsilacagim ASLA.Bedave verseler bile...
