I came here to pick up 2 online purchases. There was a bit of a hiccup with the “offre de bienvenue” (welcome offer) gifts and samples I had purposely chosen on the website to go with my 2 orders, so I asked about this, and I really did not appreciate their way of responding. They were very condescending, didn’t let me finish my sentences, and explained that “these free samples you don’t get to choose, they depend on shop stocks”. I understand that and I’m totally okay with it, it was more their attitude that I found disagreeable. If they had said, “We’re really sorry we couldn’t give you the samples you chose, we would have really wanted to, but we are unfortunately out of stock at the moment. Would you like to see what we have and choose from what’s available?” I’d have walked out of the shop satisfied anyway. They talked as if we abominable customers are hoarding free samples. Reminder : samples are free for us, yes, but they are the company’s way to sell too because they allow us to test new things. And I specifically chose what I chose to be able to test them. Also, they insisted what I called offre de bienvenue isn’t offre de bienvenue, and that their shop is consistent with website information. I went back to the website to check today and it IS offre the bienvenue (see top of attached pic). I had misunderstood the mechanics (it was not explained on the website), my bad, but they was no need to say in a condescending manner “it’s one or the other, not both of course, otherwise all customers would target both” as if we pesky customers are soooo up for free stuff. Who doesn’t appreciate free little extras, right ? They make the customer feel appreciated !! And isn't that what any good company would do happily since in the end happy customers come back so it's a win-win ? I felt that they gave the samples grudgingly. I have people in my family who love this company’s products (those orders were my gifts for them) but I sure won’t be going back...

J’avais entendu parler d’une de leurs crèmes qui pourrait soulager l’eczéma de mon compagnon. Je l’ai donc convaincu qu’on pousse la porte de cette boutique et nous n’avons pas été déçus !
Accueil instantané, vraie écoute afin de cerner nos besoins et orientation vers un produit qui correspond à notre recherche, le tout très fluide et seulement en quelques minutes. La conseillère de vente qui s’est occupé de nous a été d’une amabilité extrême.
Je ne sais pas comment s’appelle la personne qui s’est occupée de nous, mais je voudrais particulièrement la remercier si elle se reconnaît.
