Nice Informatique — Local services in Nice

Terrible. I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by the disgusting service in this store. Rude, boorish, disrespectful boss Gérôme who had arrived at the end of the day (because he was a little tired at the end of the day, as he said) in relation with the clients.

The previously agreed work with the promised (fixed) deadlines was not completed, even more: it was not even started during the whole day neither by him orby his employee (from 10 am till 19 pm) even when it was specially scheduled and agreed with the boss Gérôme beforehand several days ago and the employee at 10 am.

I would never advise you to go to this store. Unprofessional in terms of quality, promised deadlines, level of service and terrible rude familiarity. I was forced to stay all day without my computer and cancel business appointments in order to get at least the offer to repair some staff. In the evening, they were rude to me, without even making an offer...

This place is great! I went in a few times and whoever was there was always kind to me and my little dog. I needed a new battery (which I already had) installed in my old laptop. They fixed it quickly, but I took a few days to go get it. Everyone, including the owner was nice. I don't speak French, but their English was great, which made things easier. I also saw them interact with a few other clients who were older than me, and they were very sweet. All around it was an excellent experience and my computer is working...

Bonjour, Je vous raconte mon expérience désastreuse, suite à une maladresse mon ordinateur s’était pris de l’eau . Après avoir lu les commentaires j’ai décidé de me diriger vers « nice informatique » Quel erreur de ma part ! Après avoir été mal reçue, le problème n’a pas été solutionné. De plus ils ont mis 3 jours pour simplement ouvrir un ordinateur, en étant chez un autre spécialiste plus comptent il ne lui a fallu que 10 min pour établir le même constat qu’eux. Mais j’ai persisté, chose que je n’aurais pas due faire, j’ai donc décidé de leur confier le soin de transférer mes données! Le comble c est que c’est un mineur non formé qui s’est en occupé ! Le lendemain, en retournant à la boutique on m’annonce que le transfert ne s’est pas opéré qu’il faudra encore attendre une journée et qu’ils ne sont pas garantis d’y arriver. Enfin bref j’ai perdu du temps. Donc conclusion si vous cherchez des personnes compétentes avec de solides connaissances, qui vous aideront à une quelconque forme de réparation je vous invite fortement à passer...
