I'm very sorry that Google brought up this company as a search result. I have never encountered such terrible service in my life, perhaps definitely the worst in my life, and I have been to almost all countries in the eastern hemisphere. The first alarm bell was the website, which, when trying to book an excursion, showed that there were tickets available, even though there were no tickets. But since our desire to show the children Versailles was sincerely strong, we booked a private tour at a price of 375 euros for 4 people. A week later (and 3 days before the trip to France, when transport and hotel have been paid for, and of course nothing can be cancelled), this company sends a cancellation of the reservation, offering to choose another time. OK! Instead of 11:00, we choose 12:00 - since practically the entire schedule is marked in green, which they have signed as available tickets. OK! 375 euros is a bit expensive for such a service and for such an attitude, but since nothing can be changed and there are 2 days ahead in Paris, we take the time for 12:00. Now we are already in Paris. In 2 hours our excursion was supposed to begin, we are forced to sit and wait all morning for the company to tell us where to go and where to look for a guide. But the company decided otherwise and simply canceled this excursion. 2 hours before it starts! What I want to say is bravo! Keep it up! I have never left reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand everything, there are different situations. But I don’t want to tolerate such an attitude, such arrogance and disregard for the client, such demonstrative mockery, and I even consider it my duty to share this with people so that their vacation is not ruined. We are in Paris for 2 days, and the first day was ruined thanks to this company.

Read moreI'm very disappointed to be writing this review, and very disappointed with Familin' Paris and its customer service. My sister and I booked Seine dinner cruise tickets on Beateaux Parisiens for our families through Familin' Paris. Our confirmation email stated a 6:15 pm journey. When we arrived exactly at 6:15 pm, we were denied service on the boat (which was still at the dock) and advised we were to have been there at 6:00 pm instead.
When I contacted Familin Paris after, their response was a shrug of the shoulders that Bateaux Parisiens recorded our group of 9 as a "no show" and would not refund our tickets (no alternate dates were available during our stay in Paris). Familin Paris takes no responsibility for their confirmation email advising of one time, despite an earlier arrival being necessary and only points to the actual tickets (a click through from the confirmation email) that state an earlier arrival. It is extraordinarily disappointing that they refuse to take responsibility for the lack of clarity in their communications for a not insignificant expense.
I cannot recommend anyone use them on account of their complete lack of customer service and care, and unwillingness to take any sort of responsibility for their incorrect instructions.

Départ sélectionné pour 20h pour une balade de 1h30 avec mention de se présenter 45min avant.
1/ le point de RDV n’a rien de professionnel car vous vous retrouvez sur un trottoir face à une laverie et aucun moyen de rentrer en contact avec l’agence qui s’occupe du tour 2/ Retard, en avance, à l’heure rien ne vous garantie votre tour: la preuve, nous avons attendu 1h sans voir personne (nous nous sommes présenté 1h à l’avance) 3/ Quand une personne fini par vous appeler: vous vous faites littéralement « engueuler », on vous confirme que vous n’étiez pas à l’heure et pour couronner le tout « qu’il est impossible d’avoir un départ à 20h car il n’y a jamais eu de départ à 20h »
Bref, après avoir attendu dans le froid pendant 1h avec une petite de 10ans qui attendait d’avoir sa surprise d’anniversaire, vous n’avez plus envie de batailler. De l’argent perdu et une réclamation resté sans réponse (je n’avais qu’à me fier aux avis sur ce presta qui m’auraient vite dissuadé).
