By American standards, this store, and the five or six that are located nearby (Google mapson the same street, us 1. Large 2. Organized But 3. Expensive 4. Outdated 5. Wrinkled (!) 5. Strong disinfectant smell (!) Limited to clothing đŸ˜Ș It's hilarious to this extreme US thrift shopper that Parisians take a shine tol wrinkled stuff I stopped wearing after high school, x years ago, aka "vintage"! All that said, I did eventually buy one scarf for 5€ which is about 2 to 3 times what I would normally pay for any scarf at any US thrift shop, and only because it was red, a color I wear all the time, and have a weakness for, it was made from a intricate weave that wasn't damaged, and it had a most unusual feature of pockets woven into the bottom of each side of the scarf, which, given how much women's clothing lacks pockets, seem like a worthwhile gamble... I hope it matches something đŸ€Ł In defense of myself as a budget tourist and perhaps the many young people I saw it in the store who might not be as flesh as some of the residents and guests who enjoy wandering along rue Rivoli, lined by all it's Grands Magasins, where everything costs so much more, this was at least a fun mental break and tease for those hungry for a shopping experience LOL. Leslie I do love that they had a great message of recycling and re-buying to reduce waste and for that reason was happy to support them, and you might want to do so too!

There are some interesting clothes there, you have to search really good to find something not only for your style but also for four size. I found a nice bag there. I was able to tell my friends that I bought a bag from Paris, but it is not actually a bag is a fanny pack, and is not for a fancy shop is from a kilo shop 😅 Nice experience overall.

I bought this coat in the Kilo Shop, which is my favorite one as well as my signature piece cause I have never seen someone using something similar. And it was just 15 euros!!! (Top secret, nobody needs to know) I’m not living in Paris anymore, but I’ll absolutely visit the store again when I come back!

Rude staff): went up to the cashier with 3 items but it was too expensive so I asked the cashier to remove 2 things, she rolled her eyes at me and judged me with her coworker. When I found out the item I kept was actually the most expensive I asked a question because it seemed too high for the item, she just pointed at the price tag. I ended up leaving and not buying anything because I didn’t feel welcome. Really nice shop other wise tho! Just don’t think it’s so nice for...

I love this shop, but last time I visited it was a bit pricey.. But I would like to give 5* for my dear friend who gives haircuts infront of the shop, he really does do what he promises, even though it might feel a bit rough during the cut- it actually is true what he says, he gave me a wonderful haircut. Also he is just a great being.. A very rare one đŸ€—đŸ˜‰ I feel so lucky to have...
