Maison Kitsuné — Local services in Paris

Spent 200€ for a hoodie but the quality is very bad! Even worse than the other ultra fast fashion brands… I bought a hoodie from Maison Kitsune for my husband for Christmas and he opened it on Christmas, it’s a beautiful hoodie and we washed it carefully (we turned the hoodie inside out, in a washing bag, washed it in the machine with cold water only and gentle cycle then air dry). To our surprise, we found many fabric pilling (lint balls) all over the hoodie and in our machine after the first wash… I hung it on a hanger to check and found out the string of the hoodie is broken, and the internal of the hoodie feels very rough and it’s not comfy to wear. Brice was great. Knowledgeable and helpful. If you visit the store, try to work with him. The other salesperson (a lady) was unpleasant, unprofessional, and pretty much confrontational. Her only obsession was that I wouldn't try too many items at once. I almost left the store because of her at one point. So experience will vary wildly depending on salesperson. Cafe Kitsune is the best. The service for the children was touching. I bought an eco bag and got a cookie as a gift. I put water and wet wipes throughout the trip and used them very well.
