I recently visited Officine Universelle Buly 1803, and while the overall experience had its ups and downs, I must commend Cedric for his outstanding service. Despite being extremely busy, Cedric was remarkably helpful and managed to maintain a high level of customer service throughout my visit. His kindness and genuine attitude made a significant difference in my shopping experience.
Unfortunately, my experience with another sales associate, a lady with short hair, was far from pleasant. She seemed annoyed and was not helpful at all. When I inquired about a specific item, she informed me that it was sold out, even though I could clearly see it on the shelf. This was quite frustrating and disappointing.
Thankfully, Cedric came to the rescue. When I asked him, "Cedric, do you have this? Because the lady said it was sold out," he immediately checked and quickly grabbed the item for me. Thanks to Cedricâs attentiveness and dedication, I was able to purchase what I needed.

   Read moreI would like to report an unpleasant experience we had during our visit to your boutique.
First, we waited in a long queue, and then an employee â a young man with glasses and longer hair â came out and asked us to move to the other side of the road. We did as he asked. Then, with a smirk, he told us to move again â we complied. However, he kept saying it wasnât enough and insisted we move further. After repeated dismissive and mocking behavior, we decided to leave.
At 7:00 PM, we returned, and there was a small queue. This same employee approached each customer and asked what they planned to buy. When we said âa comb,â he replied, âOkay, but there will be no personalization, so you donât waste time in line.â We still decided to wait.
And guess what? Once inside the boutique, we were politely offered personalization, even though this employee had claimed it was impossible because the person responsible for it had already gone home. Unfortunately, some customers behind us believed him and left.
Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable for a brand of your level. I kindly ask you to address this situation and take appropriate action regarding this employee.

   Read moreI had been looking forward to visiting this store for over a year while planning my Paris trip. Our time in the city was short, and this was the only night we could go. Unfortunately, after a long day at Versailles and being delayed 15 minutes in traffic due to an accident, we still had a 20-minute walk once we reached the neighborhood. We hurried as much as possible and arrived at 6:35 pm, about 30 cm from the entrance, when the security guard saw us and rudely closed the line.
I explained that we had been rushing to get there and were hoping to make a few purchases, but we were not able to enter. This was especially disappointing as I had planned to spend around 500 euros on souvenirs for my family and had carefully decided exactly what I was going to buy so as not to keep the staff past closing.
