I had a bad experience. I bought a printer on sale with extra ink and renewed my membership. The amount was about 150 euros, but the clerk asked me for 270 euros. I was puzzled and asked why the price was this much, and I told her that this printer was on sale. Then she said that the discount had already been applied and that the price was 270 euros. I continued to question it and then she canceled the two 60 euro gift cards she had placed in front of her computer, saying she didn't know why this was posted. I was really shocked. I think she did this because I am a foreigner. If I had just calculated without knowing anything, she would have taken the gift card and tried to use it. Even thinking about it again, it's ridiculous. I had an appointment and had to leave in a hurry, so I couldn't go into detail, but the more I thought about it, the more absurd it became, so I am leaving this review. Please make sure to pay close attention to the bill.

Vous devriez lire les autres avis Google ça vous Ă©clairerait sur les pratiques commerciales exercĂ©es dans VOTRE magasin ! Parce que je suis loin d’ĂȘtre la seule Ă  ĂȘtre dans ce cas. Ai-je besoin de faire Ă©galement des captures d’écrans d’autres avis laissĂ©s par des gens ayant vĂ©cu la mĂȘme expĂ©rience ? Tout le monde accepte par flemme de parlementer lourdement avec le vendeur/la vendeuse et parce que le 1er mois est gratuit. VoilĂ  ce qu’il se passe lorsqu’on fait un achat chez vous. Mais bon j’imagine que les cadres sont dĂ©connectĂ©s de ce qu’il se passe en boutique (quoique c’est bien vous qui devez inciter les vendeurs Ă  proposer des assurances en leur faisant miroiter des bonus sur leur paie). Dans mon commentaire je me plains du fait qu’il est EXTRÊMEMENT compliquĂ© de rĂ©silier le mois gratuit car mĂȘme en passant 1h30 Ă  attendre au tĂ©lĂ©phone (screen Ă  l’appui) personne ne dĂ©croche. Et vous, vous ne rĂ©pondez absolument pas sur ce sujet en esquivant totalement le propos et en ME reprochant d’avoir acceptĂ© de prendre une OFFRE GRATUITE d’1 mois. Donc moi aussi je vais faire semblant de rien comprendre : si vous n’ĂȘtes pas capables d’avoir un service client compĂ©tent qui s’occupe de rĂ©silier les contrats, pourquoi nous les proposer ? I never found the customer support person at the Samsung desk and I feel he doesn't have complete knowledge about the products he was just giving the basic specifications which we can read from the display board. What is the use of him/her if he is not doing his job. We bought a pixel phone last week the service persons were knowledgeable but the desk is on the ground floor but people are on the 1st floor.

This Fnac outlet has a very rude personnel at the SAV called Marina (slim, short with dirty blonde shoulder length hair in her late 30s or early 40s). My new Samsung phone which I had just purchased during the black friday sales, suddenly wasn't charging properly. I had a photo of it showing 19h left to complete charging and when i offered to show her the picture she dismissed it as perhaps me having taken a picture of another device to present "a problem". Then she says that Samsung will simply take my phone, keep it for a month and return it while doing nothing about it. At first she spoke in English then when she realized I was not having her attitude, she promptly switched to French and insisted she would only speak in French and I could go to another customer service personnel. By her doing this, she is clearly of the deluded (and immature) mindset that she can bully a customer using the language barrier. Or is she insinuating that FNAC has no place for foreigners who do not speak French? Or is she suggesting that when a customer has a problem, the customer is at the mercy of the likes of her? While I took a new number and queued up all over again to be served by someone else, she calls up security and falsely accuses me of having taken her photo. Security shows up and I show him my phone and he confirms there are no photos of her and then she says to him "she has another phone check that" and i show him that too of course. Again, nothing. So i ask if she will apologise for wrongfully accusing me and she casually walks off and pretends nothing ever happened. I made a report about her uncalled for behaviour to the store manager on the floor below called Stephan and he said he will speak to her superior but nothing will be shared with me as it is all private and confidential. I can understand that but the one thing that stood out to me was NOBODY thought to apologise even once about the incident. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired, unfortunately. On another note, the second guy who I then saw was the polar opposite to Marina. Couteous, willing to listen and even thanked me for showing him the photo that I'd taken showing the extremely slow charging as he said it gives him a clearer picture. A FUIR ! ARNAQUE, ABUS DE CONFIANCE, VOL.

Je viens pour acheter un ordinateur ce vendredi 4.10.2024, et le vendeur me propose un pack office offert pour 2 mois. Pas vraiment intĂ©ressĂ©e, j'accepte car il ne me laisse pas vraiment le choix. Il me demande mon RIB, et me demande des numĂ©ros reçus par SMS pour valider le contrat. Lui faisant confiance, je lui donne tout sans rechigner. Au final, le lendemain je reçois un mail me souhaitant bienvenue pour l'offre d'assurance avec garantie privĂ©e pour 25,98 par mois?? On ne m'a jamais parlĂ© d'assurance, ni mĂȘme jamais mentionnĂ© ce montant. J'ai dit oui pour la carte Fnac+ ainsi que pour les deux mois offerts pour le pack office, mais je n'ai jamais autorisĂ© le pack assurance puisqu'on ne m'en a JAMAIS parlĂ©. Au final je regrette mĂȘme d'avoir pris le pack office (que j'ai dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©siliĂ© par ailleurs pour Ă©viter tout problĂšme), car le vendeur a abusĂ© de ma confiance et a utilisĂ© mon RIB ainsi que ma signature Ă©lectronique pour valider un contrat dont je n'ai pas Ă©tĂ© mise au courant, dont je n'Ă©tais absolument pas consentante, dont je n'ai absolument JAMAIS vu les clauses, ni les conditions, ni RIEN. Il y a un gros manque de transparence de la part de vos vendeurs, un gros manque d'honnĂȘtetĂ© ! Heureusement pour vous que je m'en suis rendue compte rapidement (on reçoit 49587 mails de bienvenue, de demande d'avis). J'ai rĂ©ussi aprĂšs de nombreuses tentatives d'appel Ă  rĂ©silier le contrat avec le service client de garantie privĂ©e (espĂ©rons qu'il n'y ai aucun prĂ©lĂšvement par la suite), mais je me dis que malheureusement vous arrivez certainement Ă  escroquer des personnes moins vigilantes comme des personnes ĂągĂ©es ou mĂȘme que vous mettez dans la misĂšre des personnes en situation de prĂ©caritĂ©, pour seule et unique raison de remplir vos objectifs de souscription donnĂ©s par vos employeurs dĂ©loyaux. Mais en voulant remplir vos objectifs par ego et pour ĂȘtre exemplaire auprĂšs de votre direction, vous ĂȘtes bien pire, vous ĂȘtes des manipulateurs, des gros escrocs ! J'espĂšre au moins que l'ordinateur conseillĂ© par le vendeur sera Ă  la hauteur de mes attentes, et n'est pas simplement un modĂšle que vous cherchiez Ă  Ă©couler au plus vite, car croyez moi bien que je n'hĂ©siterais pas Ă  venir taper un scandale; dĂ©lai de rĂ©tractation/garantie passĂ©s ou non; pour avoir un remboursement intĂ©gral. Et pour la personne du service com' qui rĂ©pond aux autres commentaires se plaignant (car malheureusement j'ai vu aprĂšs mon achat le nombre de commentaires dĂ©crivant vos pratiques TRES douteuses, et mĂȘme illĂ©gales :) ), en leur disant que vous ĂȘtes dĂ©solĂ©s de ne pas avoir rĂ©pondu aux attentes et qu'il s'agit d'un manque de compĂ©tences blablabla. NON, arrĂȘtez de dĂ©fendre vos employĂ©s malhonnĂȘtes sous prĂ©texte qu'il s'agit d'une incomprĂ©hension, ils sont bien au courant de leurs pratiques et en sont bien responsables. Vous affirmez dans certaines rĂ©ponses "tout achat est validĂ© avec le consentement de notre client", alors que c'est tout le contraire ! Ce sont les vendeurs qui se permettent de le faire en nous dĂ©tournant, car tout se fait sur leur ordi, qui est bien Ă©videment cachĂ© de notre vision, Ă  nous, les clients. En dĂ©fendant des actes aussi malveillants, et illĂ©gaux vous ĂȘtes complices Ă©galement. Revoyez vos principes et vos valeurs, vous y gagnerez plus Ă  ĂȘtre honnĂȘte (sachant la notoriĂ©tĂ© que vous avez, vous n'avez mĂȘme pas besoin de ça pour faire du CA...) EN RESUME, NE DONNEZ JAMAIS VOTRE RIB, MEME SOUS PRÉTEXTE D'UNE OFFRE CAR CELA N'A RIEN DE COMMERCIAL, C'EST JUSTE DU FOUTAGE DE GUEULE. (Pour info, achat le 04.10.2024, Ă  l'Ă©tage informatique, matricule vendeur 0159505). A savoir que ce n'est pas le seul signe de malhonnĂȘtetĂ© fait par le vendeur, car il m'a GARANTI avoir 15 jours pour tester l'appareil pour voir s'il me convient, or dans la facture reçue (bien aprĂšs mon dĂ©part du magasin donc aprĂšs le paiement), il est indiquĂ© "la fnac s'engage Ă  Ă©changer ou rembourser, suivant le cas, tout produit NON OUVERT dans les 15 jours suivant l'achat". The worst Fnac store in Paris! I had the worst experience at this store; especially the “Photo” department. Please don’t go here! The folks working here are incredibly clueless and blame the clients for their own mistakes! I’d give a zero star here but there isn’t an option for that. Making a purchase and a follow up is absolutely ridiculous here. The salespeople don’t how the system works and they strung me along for 5 days straight: informing me that everything was fine with my order. And a week later, they inform me that they don’t have it in the stock anymore and they informed me about it “before” that I may not get it which is an absolute lie as they never informed of anything of such sort. I had a horrible week dealing with these people and completely unhelpful. In the end, I had to literally beg them to cancel the order so that I never have to see their faces ever again. Even this was a difficult task for them and it’s still not resolved. Lastly, tried to put the blame on what I had ordered and they never once accepted their fault. Wouldn’t recommend a soul to this store!
