Eric’s apartment was a perfect choice for our family of three (one adult and two children), though it would also comfortably accommodate a group of four. The apartment is located in a quiet, very safe alley in the 11th arrondissement, with nearby subway and bus stations that make it easy to access any part of the city. We particularly appreciated its proximity to the Bastille Market and d'Aligre Market, as well as the abundance of food shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment itself is one of the best I’ve experienced for a short-term rental. It’s incredibly well-designed, with every meter thoughtfully used. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets was a huge time-saver for us as a family. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it a joy to bring back fresh produce from the market and prepare meals at home. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed—no last-minute runs for supplies. We found the beds extremely comfortable, the heating efficient, and the tech features impressive: 2 TVs, plenty of chargers, and more. The app-based check-in system was incredibly convenient and made arrival and departure seamless. And then there’s Eric, the host—calling him a Superhost doesn’t do him justice. He’s truly the best host I’ve encountered: caring, communicative, and responsive, while always respecting his guests’ privacy and time. No request is too big, and his dedication to both the apartment and his guests is clear. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Paris. We had a fantastic stay at Eric’s apartment. The location suited us perfectly as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Highlights in the neighborhood were Ten Belles cafe and bakery just 5 mins walk away. If you’re Australian, you’ll love their coffee and their bread and pastries were excellent too. There was a lovely fromagerie just around the corner with a friendly proprietor. Eric was very kind and supportive, meeting us, making sure we could use his phone and door locking system , and checking in with us during the week. The apartment is thoughtfully stocked with lots of extras in both the bathroom and kitchen. The Bastille market was so close and we shopped there on both Thursday and Sunday, so didn’t need to eat out much. The AirCon was greatly appreciated as temperatures were over 30C all week. Eric's home is very comfortable and has got all you can need. Two wc, two showers and two TV are perfect for a family, as the washing machine and the dryer. The sofà bed was so comfortable. Good linens and towels are provided, as well as soaps and products for housekeeping. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Although the house is at the ground floor, it is really silent and quiet.
