We had the pleasure of visiting the boutique in person on a day trip to Paris shortly after it first opened. The collection inside was wonderful to view in its entirety and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was able to see everything I wanted and chose two pieces to take home thanks to Jing Ma ❤️ She was also kind enough to process the VAT refund forms so it was easy for me to use the Pablo automatic scanner when I left France. I visited this branch and requested a bracelet in a specific size, but the sales associate confirmed the size without double-checking and gave me the wrong size.This is unprofessional. Later, I faced issues with resizing because the authenticity card lacked important details. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope the service improves.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال .. طلعت لي عدة قطع واخترت قطعة بمقاس معين، بعدين طلبت من الموظفة احضار مقاسي من الستوك، جابتها مغلفة وبدون ما اشيك عالمقاس، طلع المقاس الي جابته لي خطأ وما أكتشفت الا بعد مارجعت لدولتي!! مع اني سبق وأكدت عليها بالمقاس كذا مره!! وبرضوا المعلومات ببطاقة المنتج كانت ناقصة مما ادى لرفض تعديل المقاس في فرعهم بالرياض.. كل هذا بسبب تقصير الموظفة في...
