This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff are polite and very friendly, and speak excellent English. The lobby is well decorated and clean, and so are the toilets they have downstairs. You can have breakfast each day for €20, but we didn't choose to have it. There is a little eating area and bar as well. There are two lifts, one is a bit bigger but we only used the smaller one. There are also stairs. The landings are quite narrow and give a home-feel, but it's not difficult to navigate. We were on the 8th floor and had a lovely view outside. Unfortunately we were the wrong side to see the Eiffel Tower! I assume the top floor is a roof conversion because there are some sloping ceilings so just watch out if very tall. The heating is good, you can turn off the radiators if too warm. Bathroom was clean, great water strength. We had air con in the room which is great but unfortunately ours didn't work, although in winter that's okay! The TV is nice and has a lot of channels, a couple in English. The remote doesn't work very well but might have been just our room. The bed was comfortable and big, spare pillows in the cupboard. There is a steam room on site apparently and they ask if you let them know 30 mins in advance if you want to use it. The location is superb, if you turn right out of the hotel and go straight down, you're on a main road. Turn left and follow it to the top, you pass some metro lines and also you reach the Arc De Triomphe. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, either the guests were quiet or the rooms are very sound proofed! I would stay here again, for such a great location and an easy stay. Plus, it's away from the hustle and bustle of some...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for a week in October 2024. We had a pleasant stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we had was kept clean. We requested a room that had a street view of Paris, which was really nice. The bartender was also really nice to us. Unfortunately it was raining a lot during our visit but the hotel had some nice umbrellas that they were lending to guests for free. ||The room we got was decent size. Rooms in Paris are relatively smaller compared to North American standard but we honestly found our room with enough space for 2adults and 1 toddler. We had 2 large suitcases and we found enough space for all our stuff.||The hotel was very accessible by metro (Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile was about a 10 min walk away, Boissiere 5min walk away, Victor Hugo also about a 5min walk away). ||About a 2min walk away was Le Copernic which has really great options for dinner. Cafe Belloy is also 2min walk away and it has the fluffiest croissant - great place for having a nice, relaxed breakfast with coffee and croissant. There is also Merci Jerome around the corner which became our family’s go-to patisserie. ||The corner store sits about a minute away from the hotel and that was an added bonus for a late night snack or drink. ||The hotel is close to Arc de Triomphe and you can walk down Champs Élysees all the way to Place de la Concorde. This is a nice way to spend an afternoon or a morning in Paris.||Overall, we had a nice stay in this hotel. No complaints....
