DÉCEVANT et c'est vraiment dommage 😑. Ni l'accueil en boutique, ni le passage en caisse, ni le passage en cabine avec des cartons stocké dans la cabine, qui peuvent à tout moment tomber sur nos têtes ... Bref rien n'était au niveau. L'expérience shopping était médiocre, les vendeurs s'exprime en criant au lieu de se déplacer pour communiquer entre eux, ils n'ont aucune disponibilités pour le client, trop occupé à ranger ce qui est déjà rangé. Sandro est devenu une usine comme Zara mais avec les prix du luxe, la collection reste sympa mais le management et les vendeurs ne sont plus au niveau. Une cliente Sandro depuis...
