Amazing! French Cuisine and Hospitality at its best! Our ultimate dining experience between La Brasserie Chartier and La Coupole, in our week long stay in Paris, city we are well acquainted with. My husband grew up here, and we both lived in Paris as a young married couple. Les Bougresses is an intimate, cozy restaurant with a truly great service from the two owners - Mickael and Constantin. (Please, forgive me, if I misspelled!). They could see that we were exhausted from walking and they did let us in, before the place was even open. The service is great and they are running back and forth, very serious about providing a great experience....

I speak Spanish but my French is terrible. I was in no shape to carry on a conversation in French and Cosentino, our host was so gracious and his English is wonderful. I was feeling very insecure about my French and he seemed not to care, he obviously encounters non-french speakers daily. The food was incredible! The fois gras is dry and delicious, I also love greasy mushy fois gras, but this was more pate style. The green salad was so much more than just salad. The filet de bouf, and rumpsteak were also wonderful. Dessert was the chocolate cake and pain perdu. I wish we were staying longer, we would...
