Everything was unbelievably fresh - including the delectable delicate yet oh so savory and hearty tomato sauces. Tender strands and morsels of pillow-y fresh handmade pasta. Salento Marias changed my dislike of Italian food in an instant. The US should be ashamed at what they commonly pass for Italian food…I now am officially obsessed with Italian food here.

I'm a convert.

'Plat' Salad: 5 Arugula Salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes and Shaved Parmesan Delightful, fresh 'Entrée' Veal Scaloppini and Pasta: 4 This was amazing. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is the veal was thin…but, not as thin as other places. The flavor, seasoning, breading and sauce - just yummy. Chicken Scaloppini and Roasted Veggies: 5 I mean - the chicken was cooked to perfection and super thin with delicious roasted eggplant, zuchnini, onions and carrots. I dream about this - so simple yet so delectable. 'Dessert' - We didn't get

Would I go back: Hands down YES What would I get: I will keep coming back and try everything on the menu ;) But really - I think I'd order...

What delicious freshly prepared Italian food in a place bustling with restaurant options. This quaint, small eatery is well worth a visit. We shared a caprese salad which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. I had penne alla pizzaiola and the capers and olives were fresh and not overpowering. The sauce was unique and perfectly seasoned. My partner had Scaloppina di pollo, salsa al limone - the chicken was sublime and tender, while the sauce left us wanting to order this dish again and again! Perfect balance of flavours with nothing overpowering and everything feeling balanced and nuanced. We booked and I am glad we did as all of the tables were taken while we were eating. The tiramisu and the affogato also merit a mention. Both were delightful and full of flavour (perhaps not as spectacular as the main courses but good nonetheless). Staff were attentive and helpful. Would recommend and we...

After dining at this restaurant for YEARS the manager refused us service due to us being wet due the rain.Being denied service because of weather is so laughable, as it’s not in our control. We had booked a reservation and saw our table available upon arrival. This was UNACCEPTABLE! Ands to the stereotype of French hospitality being rude and pretentious. This man who denied us, was disrespectful. Moving his hand and neck in our face and quite literally closing the door in our face. He wouldn’t even let us into restaurant as and said we didn’t have a reservation as we called and he confirmed. They have lost a LOYAL patron. As someone who comes to Paris for every fashion week, comes to this restaurant every time, and brings new people every visit…I’m never...

We had a fabulous meal here. Very cosy place with a relaxed atmosphere, very friendly service, professional but also casual. Starters of bruschetta (pictured) and grilled vegetables were delicious, and the pasta dish I forget the name of but it was tomato sauce with olives, capers, lemon.... Very rich silky flavoursome sauce. At first glance I thought it was served on a flat plate and a very small portion haha but actually it was a deep bowl and we were both thoroughly unable to eat dessert unfortunately. Highly recommended!

Excellent foot and a very good selection on the menu. When I first spoke to the waiter I realized no one was Italian in the restaurant but the previous owner was and the new one just left the name as it was and the menu as it was. I have to confess that scared me and as a spoiled Italian I was fearing a disappointment. I was surprised by the authenticity of the food and the high quality of the ingredients. Very good job guys. I don’t give the 5th star only for the size of the tables ( too small )
