Super disappointed with my experience in this store.
I bought two items and, after paying, as they were packing them, I noticed a defect on the collar of one of the shirts. The staff tried to tell me to just steam it and I said I prefer not to take it. They then tried to steam it in-store to show me it was not a defect, and the defect did not come out so they said they would call Le Bon Marche (another store) to see if they’d be willing to exchange the item for me. I waited almost 1 hour to have an answer from Le Bon Marché, then walked there for the exchange, only to find that the only shirt which they had in stock ALSO had a defect. Therefore, I called the Sandro store and told them I prefer to return the original shirt and go to another boutique myself to look at another shirt or simply buy something else. I returned to the store and they refused to give me a refund, and could only give me store credit, even if their item was defected! This is so unprofessional, considering I was happy to pay for it and ready to buy it, had it not had issues. Making me waste 1 hour of my day, and then refusing to refund me is unacceptable. It doesn’t matter if store policy is that you only get store credit and no refunds if an item is defected. Shame on you Sandro for not having the capacity to deal with defected shirts...

J'y suis allée pendant mon heure de déjeuner et j'ai attendu très très longtemps pour essayer 2 robes dans ma taille ...que je n'ai jamais eues. Les vendeurs (au nombre de 3) étaient mous et se noyaient dans un verre d'eau. Au bout d'un moment, je leur ai dis que j'avais un rdv et que j'étais très pressée...Mais cela n'a déclenché aucune réaction. Je suis finalement partie bredouille et alors que je partais, le "super vendeur" m'a déclaré "faut pas dire merci surtout". Et bien non Monsieur, je ne vous dis pas merci. Vous n'êtes visiblement pas intéressé au CA du magasin. Et si c'est comme ça un mercredi midi, j'imagine mal votre état un samedi en plein rush. Je suis allée au BHV en sortant de mon travail et j'ai acheté une robe... 2 salles 2 ambiances...
