Very friendly & helpful staff! Breakfast is a variety of breads/pastries, yogurt, orange juice, cheese, coffee & different jams/jellies plus honey. We stayed 4 nights. The room is smaller than expected, not 4 stars as far as what we are accustomed to, no view…large bathroom with odd tub/shower set up that leaks (we told the front desk, it didn’t get fixed) we just kept putting towels down. Only 1 sink but 2 nice size closets…we stayed in room 27, very colorful! Oh & you have to give your key back to the front desk each time you leave, pick it up when you return. The hotel is in a nice area, safe & walkable to many cafes, shops, The Louvre & Seine River. 1 small elevator, we took the spiral stairs…not much insulation between rooms so you hear every noise from doors opening/closing to people walking down the hall. 3.5 star hotel at best

They had the smallest elevator that could exist, and the rooms were small. The small rooms were not unexpected, even though it was a 4 star hotel. They completely made up for it when it comes to service. They knew who we were quickly. They helped out where they could and arranged excellent transport to the airport at 4am. The lobby is comfortable, and the area where they serve food was a nice place to eat food we picked up and needed a place to eat. My son used the bar and had nothing but good to say about the person working it that night. It's quiet, and you can't ask for a better location. It's near the Metro, Busses, nice places to eat, and let's be honest. It doesn't get better than this section of St Germain de Pres. I'd come back in a second.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is so cute and has so much charm. We opted for the bigger superior room, which I’m glad we did because the rooms are quite small. The location is great, located on a quiet street but close to everything we wanted. We were able to walk everywhere during our trip. We included breakfast with our stay and I’m so glad we did. It was an amazing spread of bread, pastries, cheese, yogurt and eggs to order. We looked forward to the breakfast every day and it was the best way to fuel up for our big plans each day. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris and would recommend this to anyone coming.

We have just spent 4 nights at the hotel and I wanted to leave a review as our stay was quite disappointing. |I’ll start off with the positives.|The hotel itself is in a wonderful location, which is easily accessible to a train station, local attractions and great dining options.|The hotel is also very beautiful, and so are the rooms, so you definitely feel like you’re getting an authentic Parisian experience rather than just a larger generic hotel. |Our check in experience was lovely, the woman who served us was friendly, professional and efficient. |I also appreciate the staff reaching out via email prior to our stay, offering their services if required. |Now, for the not so great part. |We were in room 16, on the first floor, so I can’t speak for other levels but this is what we experienced. |As the building is very old, you hear every footstep, chair movement etc at all hours of the night, so we slept very poorly. If you are a light sleeper, be warned you may be disturbed frequently.|There was no power outlet in the bathroom (only one that could handle an electric shaver) so if you wanted to use any hair tools etc, it was incredibly challenging.|The mini fridge in the cupboard was very difficult to close after opening. You had to tilt the entire fridge backwards in order to shut the door which became quite frustrating.|The hotel has a policy where you must leave your room key with reception every time you leave the building. This became very annoying, very quickly. We would go to the front door just to collect a delivery or even step in to the front room (just past reception) and quickly be reminded they needed our key. It got to the point where we felt like we were shoplifting or something due to some of the staff being quite pushy. I’m not sure if we were just being treated differently for some reason? But it genuinely made us feel very uncomfortable. |Finally, the morning of check out, we came down early to pay our bill, and head out for a coffee. We mentioned to reception that we’d be back to collect our luggage from our room and officially check out (well before 12pm). |When we returned, someone had been in our room and started the cleaning process (there was also a DnD sign on the door) which really frustrated us as we had all of our personal belongings easily accessible and out of the safe. |Overall, we are disappointed by our stay. The negatives outweighed the positives so we...

I came here for my honeymoon, and my husband and I needed somewhere to stay last minute after we had an issue with our Airbnb. We happened to stumble into this hotel while on a walk trying to figure out our options and were met with Salma at the concierge desk. Salma was just the sweetest, kindest, and most accommodating host and ensured we had the best experience. She quickly confirmed their availability, showed us all of our options, and didn’t pressure us to make any decisions (although we had already decided it was the right place for us). We decided to book the hotel, and I’m so happy that we did! Salma and the rest of the hotel staff were incredible.

The room we had was spacious, pristine, and so beautiful. Clarins products in the bathroom was a plus! The area is perfect, very close to shopping and Musée d’Orsay and only a 20 minute walk to Le Louvre. Very safe and plenty of bistros around. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back to stay here again next time we are in Paris. Merci beaucoup Salma et Hôtel Pas De...

Excellent 5 day stay at this hotel for American family of five. Stay was above and beyond enjoyable. The concierge team of Rafael, Jacque-Olivier and others were extremely attentive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Assisted with scheduling pickup from airport upon arrival and pickup from hotel upon departure. Bartender, David was extremely polite, easy going and my children asked every night when we could go down and see David at the end of the evening. All staff/employees speak excellent English and we had no issues communicating. All three rooms we reserved were immaculate upon check-in. Morning breakfast was excellent and hotel allowed us to order food delivered a couple times as sometimes that’s just easier traveling with three kids of varying ages. Hotel was very quiet throughout the day and night as it’s located near a busy area but on a narrow side street. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for families, couples or business travelers looking for a quiet, relaxed, resting...
