I'm sad to have to critisize Sylvaine, who was welcoming and warm despite my being late. The salon was friendly and the staff nice. Sylvaine, you have really messed up my hair. I've got long, very fine curly hair and you were recommended to me for this particular hair. You should listen to your customers and not be so sure of yourself. Thinning hair like mine is a catastrophe! It takes years for curly hair to grow and develop weight and in a few terrible scissor-happy cuts, telling me I knew nothing, that you knew best, you have given me a nightmare to deal with. Incredible service from the salon! I booked an appointment a couple hours prior to an event and was met my an amazing staff!!! I didn’t know what to do with my hair, so the stylist chose it himself according to the outfit I was going for to wear - and he is a master of his art! From the beginning till the end - the experience was the best I have experienced so far in the beauty salons in Paris. The washing chair is a massage chair and they also add a short head massage while shampooing and it was an amazing rest! The price was not expensive at all - around 35€ for brushing and I will totally go...

I had my blonde hair dyed brown before coming to Paris but it started turning an ugly shade of orange after a couple washes and was in need of help.
