Scam of a repair company. What was initially supposed to be a simple battery replacement, ended with my whole phone breaking and me being forced to buy a new phone, without any liability or refund from this company.

I came in to replace my iPhone battery. In the process, they broke my screen but replaced it free of charge. Immediately, I noticed a pink colour fade on the screen but didn’t think much of it. On the same day, I felt my phone get extremely hot and even received the hot temperature warning (something I had never received before). Then the next day, my screen stopped working completely, making my phone completely unusable.

After bringing it back to the store, the employees said this was likely an issue with their new battery, and I had to wait a week to replace everything. However a few days later, I received notification that my phone was “oxidised” as a result of water contact after the initial repair. Due to this, they would not replace my components for free, and would only do it for €180. Despite this, they advised that even if I chose to replace the parts, that they could break at any time between a week and 3 months. I outright asked if this meant I should hug a new phone, to which the employee nodded awkwardly.

My phone was NOT in contact with water in the 24 hours of having my phone, yet somehow it had been oxidised, to the point where even replacing components wouldn’t be enough. The company REFUSED to give me a refund for the replaced battery and the inconveniences and I was forced to buy a new phone.

Terrible experience in my trial as an alterlance student, I was taken advantage of during it without getting paid even though I contributed to the sales they made and without a heads-up about it being unpaid, the responsible and the manager were also cold during my trial as if I wasn't welcome, no wonder their past alternance students didn't feel like working there, they should rethink their strategy before hiring. You should be ashamed of treating your employees and clients the way you do, taking advantage of them and not even admitting it, and she calls me misogynistic 😂 I never said women don't have the right the work, you're just flipping things up to make me look like the wrong one, you reported my first comment that had nothing wrong in it so it was deleted, and I know my experience, I know how I was treated, so at least admit your mistakes instead of shaming yourself more, I'm not charity so next time tell your future employees they're not...

While I had my phone screen changed there, the staff used my phone to write a review in their own name as I saw by coincidence through an email from google maps days after and completely violated the trust. I do not recommend this company and would never trust them my...
