Beware - show your bill clearly before handing to them. They are liars of the worst kind. I have stopped by this store every few weeks for several years, always to get fresh coriander. Today, I paid with a 20€ bill. I know it was a 20€ bill because after seeing I did not have enough coins or a €5, I paid for the small purchase with a €20. The man was distracted and claimed I only paid with a €5. He and the woman even brought up the store video camera footage. After I made them show me the frame where the bill is clear and the "20" is visible, they decided they would rather deny what was right in front of all of our eyes, continuing to insist it was a €5, lying to my face with the truth right there on screen, and making up irrational excuses. If you get robbed you get robbed. But when someone else makes a mistake, then denies reality right to your face because they are too weak to admit they are wrong, it's the sign of horrible character. When he counts the register later and finds there is an extra 15€, he will probably convince himself it came from somewhere else other than my 20€. Stay away, or hold your bill up so that people can see before paying or it will happen to you next. I always forgive and forget mistakes, but it's only a mistake if you admit it - if not, you're just a liar. And worse, you lie while claiming I am a liar. I would have called the police but it seemed inappropriate and I had already wasted enough time - plus I had just received my vaccination 30 minutes before and felt dizzy which made it all worse. Anyways, think about a time where someone wronged you and refused to admit it to the point of delusion. It's infuriating, right? That's the kind of people you are supporting here. And we all know that people who refuse responsibility and accountability, who are willing to deny a truth in front of their eyes to be "right," cause many of the problems in the world...
Read moreNot recommended. I went to buy halal meat, and the old man working the meat section was really arrogant. I asked him for chicken, as I don’t speak German but I tried, also with English and sign language. He was like not give any shit, throwing the packet to me, despite that I still said dankeschön , he even bothered to say anything. And the price is 1.5-2x higher than other shops. There was a lady in the counter, she seems nice but she billed me more money than expected coz I bought Coriander leaves and the price wasn’t written, I paid higher amount. I don’t know why she did this. Recommendation: ask the price before you buy and check...
Read moreThere are some nice staff in the shop, but I need to point it out: check the amount on the pos machine before you pay!! Months ago a young lady at the casher put much more than I was supposed to pay. When I pointed it out, she just change the amount quickly and naturally, and apologised as if it's not a big deal and has happened a lot of time. Not sure if it's an accident or on...
