Dashi Canteen is not just a restaurant, it's an absolutely stunning culinary haven, perfectly blending simplicity with a modern Japanese-influenced aesthetic. From the moment you walk in, there's a sense of serene sophistication that promises a memorable meal.
The cuisine itself at Dashi Canteen is truly exceptional. Specializing in simple yet incredibly refined Japanese-influenced dishes, every single item that arrived at our table was a testament to meticulous detail and an unwavering commitment to perfection. Each plate was not only visually appealing but also bursting with delicious, authentic flavors. While every dish impressed, a few highlights truly stood out. And the view? The kind that makes you want to stay a bit longer than you planned.

But their menu is very much diner time as you can only choose one of their signature dishes including a big portion of fries, way too much and unhealthy for lunch haha.
However, once again - Amazing food like usual and will definitely be back, but I will first wait until they announce...
