We were on a school trip in Berlin and thought we would go eat some nice Italian food. Little did we know the evening was not going to be nice at all. We just arrived and sat down, when the server sighed at us and asked us if we were Belgian. We said yes, and he looked incredibly annoyed and said Belgians were a “catastrophe”. First we thought it was a joke but he didn’t laugh at all so we felt very uncomfortable. We had to wait a long time for our drinks but that’s not even the biggest problem. We got our food and it was okay. A smile or a “enjoy” was too much too ask for apparently. The pasta was fine but nothing special. Same for the pizza. We would comeback to eat some pasta, but not for the pizza, far away from the best...
