unfortunately, for me, the procedure to enter the Muesuminsel is unclear. Although it says that if you have a Kombitickets you can get a zeitfenster for free, when you want to schedule an entry to museums, you have to pay for each Zeitfenster. The first attempt was a total failure, I did not receive any clarification either by email (I was only told that I can get free time slots online), nor by the information from the museum (the same information received by email + there aren't Zeitfenster at Pergamon Museum). After complaining to the Museum, I was told that my complaint is being resolved, only that almost two months have passedn and nothing happened, and Pergamon closes in a month. So I paid 19 euros the first time without seeing anything, and the second time 19 euros for the ticket + 12 euros zeitfenster at Pergamon Panorama and another 12 euros for Zeitfenster at Pergamom. It's a little silly to lump all the state museums together, but with so many to choose from there really is something for everyone. Three museum pass is a great deal if you want to see more than two. Homepage mit Fragezeichen Die Homepage der Staatlichen Museen Berlin sind das Design betreffend sicher sehr aufwändig und ansprechend gemacht. Für den Durchschnitts-User, insbesondere auswärtige Gäste, in Sachen Funktionalität, Logik und Informationgehalt ist die Homepage eher dürftig. Das Zeitfensterbuchungsystem ist diesbezüglich ebenfalls zumindest schwer verbesserungswürdig. Was eigentlich gar nicht geht: bei falschgelaufener Buchung, krankheitsbedingtem Ausfall, Urlaubsverschiebung etc. ist eine Stornierung und Kostenrückerstattung gar nicht möglich. Das ist rechtlich sehr fragwürdig, zumindest sehr kleinkariert. In Museen manch anderer (Haupt)städte funktioniert das besser.
