Asian Grocery Store — Local services in Budapest

As if i died and went into heaven!!! My wildest asian ingredients dreams,but its reality. Fantastic selection of fresh produce, deep freeze products, the widest variety of noodles ever. Fantastic. Deserves 5 stars. The chinese women selling at the store is the exact opposite. I asked an older lady where are the shirataki noodles. She was busy with her mobile texting, at first she acted as if she doesnt hear me. On second try she replied in the rudest way, in hungarian, she said we dont know and we dont have, grumpy face included. As i walked away from her i saw the noodles behind her on the shelf haha. Im wondering what the owner thinks about their behavior with the clients. I really hope this store wont close, i really want to visit more often. Im sure these women are not the owners, otherwise they would be nicer to sell the products. The shop is still amazing and every gourmet...

Updated: Today visit Jan 29. After what happened three weeks ago, I should have not returned to this shop but (un)fortunately they were not honest again. At the cashier, I cancelled an item and the cashier lady confirmed it was cancelled. Then, I checked again the item next to the cashier area and it was actually not cancelled and she charged me 400 HUF and she insisted (very rude!) that she cancelled the item.

So in total for 2 visits, they have been misbilled me for 1299 HUF.

Should I give a 3rd try for losing another amount? LOL.

Previous visit 3 weeks ago: Very well-stocked Asian grocery store, I always come here to stock up my kitchen for Asian cooking.

Make sure to check the bill and the items you bought, I found an 899 HUF charge for unknown item I did not buy. Too bad I realized it when I got home to find out my receipt...

Super friendly place. The owner was smiling, and very welcoming and quick to help me find everything that I needed. It contains a wide array of Asian goods, not just Chinese. It's a excellent one-stop shop for anything you need and certainly won't find in a traditional Budapest grocery store. I walked away feeling happy and satisfied after an afternoon of searching I had what I needed for the cooking I wanted to do. Also was delighted to find some tasty Taiwanese snacks too. Highly recommend this place. They will have stay you need, and you will find several other cool new treats to...
