The product I purchased arrived with an already opened (unsealed) box, showing clear signs of previous use, including scratches and a damaged wire. When I tried to return it, the website falsely indicated that I hadn't. Upon contacting their customer service, I was told that opening product boxes is their standard procedure, but this contradicts what's advertised on their website, where unsealed products are sold at a reduced price. I was sold the item as a brand new sealed product.
My attempts to address this issue through email have been met with slow and inadequate responses. It's frustrating that they take so long to process my claims, especially when the fault lies entirely with them.
