Flugrútan — Local services in Reykjavik

One of the worst operations I've ever seen. They have called us to come to the bus while it was raining. There were too many passengers for one bus and instead of checking the boarding passes and counting how many passengers there were to board before or inside the bus, they just let us sitting on the rain. Not only we had to wait in the rain for the bus, it was full and we had to get in line again for another bus. Of course, more waiting outside while raining. I've complained about it and the lady said I could have waited inside the terminal. So why did they call us to board? Horrible service! I was not only disappointed with it but I was really disappointed with Reykjavik in general. Looks like people are not polite...

Id like to inform this company of its low quality of information, and lack of resources. Booking is easy and doable but their website should be more accessible besides a phone number.

Cheap and comfortable. Get on big bus at airport and transfer to smaller bus at terminal to go near hotel destination. Transfer buses on other side of terminal. Plenty of buses...
