Serrano - Hringbraut — Restaurant in Reykjavik

This is the only Serrano where the service is so bad that I have to write a bad review. I have been to several Serrano places in Iceland and this one always has bad service. 3 times I had problems with 3 different people. First one was with the staff member that asked me if I speak icelandic (cause I started ordering in english) and when I replied yes she was almost forcing me to order in Icelandic. I was in shock. And when she couldn't explain why sos doesn't go in quesadilla she madly went to call her boss and while my friend and I were nice she didn't even say "have a nice meal" or "goodbye". So today I decided to eat here again and the lady didn't hear well that I wanted quesadilla instead of burito (10min before ariving I decided I want that) which was not a problem until she made a rude comment "the customer is always right, you will get what you want". If this happened with the same person I could just complain about him/her but there were always different people. They need a lesson on how to behave with people. This is terrible. Only one place of all serrano stores. Who ever is managing this unit is not doing...

I love Serrano I am eating Serrano 3 time in week but there’s one manager name Eva and she have really to much attitude first time I show her in afternoon time she was in back using her video chat and when I called her she gives me attitude and she said to me I am manager here I have to other things to do in back but I was watching here from reflection she was talking on video call and after she laid me on my face and made me guilty to called her . Last two time my experience , whenever she’s there and I go to Serrano she talk to her employees about me bad things and now I don’t feel like to go there anymore but I really don’t want to stop eating Serrano please owner or HR department find some solutions so still I can enjoy...

The service was the worst I ever experienced. The russian girl who is preparing the food was really rude. When I asked her, how does it work, if I want to order smaller size of burrito, she wasn't helpful at all, but only sarcastic, that she will read the board for me, if I cannot read. She even didn't say to me bye or whatever even if I did. In many companies would be this girl already fired and it wouldn't be the first time, that somebody wasn't happy with...
