Gismat Jail Mandi Kondapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. My meal started off poorly when I discovered a cockroach in my "juicy chicken." When I brought this to the owner's attention, his response was less than satisfactory—he tried to explain that it might have come in with the delivery rather than being a problem during cooking. This is, of course, an unacceptable excuse for any establishment that takes food safety seriously.

To make matters worse, the ambiance was equally disappointing. The environment was not welcoming or comfortable, which only added to the overall negative experience.

I would strongly advise against visiting this place unless you're interested in eating in unsanitary conditions. There are far better dining options nearby where cleanliness and customer service are prioritized. Definitely won't be coming back.

For the 1st time I'm posting a bad experience... Towards a restaurant... That much bad I'm feeling, we odered jumbo juicy chicken mandi.... But we got se alike in Kerala side they will serve fried rice and chicken curry... Just like only I feel... First off all its look like mandi.. But.. Dosnt feel like one... And the second the chicken for juicy chicken they have given chicken curry... When the food came itself we feel bad... By its presentation... Don't knw how to express... I think I'm the one who is these much negatively sharing a feed back in this... Maybe it's our times problem... don't knw... I was surprised because even though we came to express our bad experience, to the owner also he is being like we haven't been there... Simply sitting and no response.. Don't knw why... But all around so poor... Only the ambiance is there.... I think In other hotel 600 mandi...

We visited this jail mandi kondapur branch on 24 Dec 2024 night 9pm that was horrible experience. We ordered chicken juicy mandi and we ordered extra rice, while serving the extra rice we had seen one "big cocroach". We doesn't know what to do we called owner he also saw and said don't pay for this extra rice just pay for the mandi and we paid the same. This is not about money this is about health of people they were charging premium I'm okay with that because we agreed to pay that much by believing food will be with good quality and healthy, but when they can't give that much guarantee to the customers about healthy and quality food why we have to go there. Today I lost trust on the restaurants. Unfortunately I forgot to take the picture of that cocroach on my plate or else I would have posted. Just be careful when u visit this...
