Santosh Dhaba Exclusive — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is our 4th time i am here for dinner. Staff behavior is very rude. If you are refused to give a tip or you are not in favor paying extra money otherthen your bill .do not visit this hotel this not a place your looking for .staf are not going to look at your table. 30 min they take for serve the order. More 20 minutes for any additional order like extra roti/rice .If you asked why it is taking to long. They are going to ignore you . If you call any other staff for service. Even though they are free they are going to point out other staff for go there and no one going to attend you . This my own experience in santosh dhaba. This place is located on the main road clearly visible. 2mins walk from Kondapur cross road. They have decent place and good number of tables arranged. We went for lunch on a weekday around 2:30pm it was not crowded. Placed order and requested to get it fast. Service was very good as per request food was served quick and doesn't comprises on taste and quality of the food. Food was nice. They do accept Card payment. Another thing was about the parking if going on two wheeler you can park it lot of space! But four wheeler is something questionable. Worst for the money spent..! After reading all good reviews, we recently went for dinner here. To our dismay, everything turned out to be opposite to expectations. Veg manchurian was over crispy and too oily, the quantity of Reshmi paneer half was like quarter & Dal fry full like half, in comparison to other very good restaurants we have experienced so far. The tandoori roti was a very thin slice of bread overpriced @ 20/- as compared to others. Restaurant was full of staff all over, with no one to cater you with hospitality & were chit-chatting on their own.
