Tanishq Jewellery — Local services in Hyderabad

This branch of Tanishq has 3 floors. I have been to a few Tanishq branches in different cities and I can say it has one of the best customer service available. Though you can buy jewelleries from any jewellery shops available but what makes you feel good is the overall customer experience. I recently visited this branch as I was crossing this area and Google searched the nearest Tanishq branch. I went there as my mom's earings was not coming out and it was causing irritating to her ears. Since she is elderly and has hard time walking so I visited the shop and requested if any staff and come to remove her earings or if they have a wheelchair so they sent their staff with the wheelchair in the parking area which was very appreciable. They straightaway guider us to the goldsmith who cut the earnings with the tools without causing any pain to her as the earings were not coming out and later he repaired the earings which was cut during the process.
