Cream Stone — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am a regular customer (typically weekly once). I would never ever comment on a person who is taking orders and serving as I think they will already go through hell. Today is totally changed. The order taking person is judging by the way of dressing and only taking orders from poshly dressed as priority. He took our order after 30 mins where I called him after 10mins of waiting. Total 40mins of waste of time When i asked manager to take the order.he just pointed out and said to the guy. No one even cared to look there There was a huge heated argument in between the staff where manager is doing nothing. I just saw 4 heated arguments there. As my order was taking 30mins to serve where it typically takes 10mins to serve in every other store. I went to the counter and asked for order. They again started argument and one staff guy was asking me to argue with the other guy. In all these points manager was doing nothing except for counting stars in the aky infront of the store. Where he can be inside and mange or help to get things straight but that guy was just looking up and thinking.
