Vey bad service.. really hated. Dissatisfied ,disappointed. Never ever recommend to someone.(silky cochin br).
Staffs are very mean.
December 22, we were there in silky for buying a gown. First impression was good. They gave many gowns to trail, after we got one, She said that they need 2 hrs to do alteration. Then said will take 4 hrs . Ok we agreed, we went Lulu to spent time. Said someone will call us. But none did that. We called them , they didn't answer. Again we called them landline after a while. Then answered said a call back. After sometime they called us. We went there unfortunately they didn't do what they promised. They spoiled our day but still keep arguing with us. Felt really bad. After that they said they will do alterations and send it by courier. And she accepted her fault and promised us to give a call when it completes. But she didn't call usđđ». Delivery date was 29, Didn't get any call, Again we called them 29th night. Someone answered and said still it not ready. đ I already paid money for courier, put an option to take a direct delivery from shop if i coud reach there earlier than 29th.
Then he said, they will courier it becoz I already paid for it. Then i said ok proceed it. Unfortunately unfortunately.... Again i called them today (jan1) Their reply is like killing. They say gown is ready , u can come and collect. Totally disappointing. This is very very disappointing. They didn't even dispatched it from there shop. And arguing like ,we said to not courier which is a big lie. We never said that. Becoz i was there in cochin yesterday. I could have collected it easily if i would have said for direct pick up. They keep arguing and keeping their side safe. This is a very disappointing...

Itâs one or other of their staff with their very rude attitude. And with the recent experience I have had there, I donât think I will be okay with visiting their store anymore in the future. Iâm happy with the purchases I have made. But I shall not go through any such treatment anymore. The staff analyses you right from the start. If not all, some. The moment they feel like you are not planning to spend thousands on their product, they start ignoring you. I wish not to shame anybody, but we are all in the same boat fellow human being, quit acting superior! The other time, I had a meeting with their âdesignerâ. A young lady who I believe could have just passed out of college. I said I was looking for something within 25k and her face went all uninterested. Said their bridal starts from around 85 and thatâs it. Left me there with nothing further said. Must have had works or other clients, but nothing was said. Left just like that. Basic decency? Client dealing? Customer service? Also body shaming. God. Please teach your staff to frame their sentences better. I understand my body better than anyone else and I know that not many shops would cater to plus size bodies. But thereâs a certain way of presenting that to your customers. You just donât blurt it out the moment they wish to look through that you donât sell plus size. This is first day lessons in client management that you teach your staff. We went there after seeing their Instagram posts about their clothing and reviews from people which was totally misleading as we had an extremely dissappointing experience from the staff and the management. We drove almost 200+ km just to go to this place disregarding all other options as we were expecting a lot which turned us down completely. The behaviour of the staff was not at all acceptable and doesn't match the reputation that claim to be having. The boutique management proved to be the most irresponsible boutique I ever had to deal with. Even after spending a huge sum of money on purchasing the clothes, what we got in return was disrespect and unnecessary arguments which made us every uncomfortable and gave us the worst shopping experience we ever had. What we realised is that they didn't stick on to what they were saying instead argued and tried to put all the blame on the customers for all the time delays and other complications. Unfortunately due to this bad experience, I find it not worthy at all to recommend this...
