I have always thought Label'M was a good brand and hence had decided to go with them for my bridal saree. However, I had a nightmare. Right from confusion in communicating the location for appointment, to changing the finalised design on their own, they have ensured that the bride is panicked to hell and her big day goes worse. They promised to make the delivery on a particular date and made us wait all day long at their production house till late 10.00 pm with no delivery at all!!! Imagine three hours travelling there to just get nothing! Customer communication and interaction was bad. Infact the designing started after the day we reached to collect my saree. They designed the blouse not as per discussion and on enquiry, they reworked for it to look half done. And if that was not enough, they made the delivery a day before the wedding at 12.00 am. The staff even played the blame game and communicated three different things to three different individuals who enquired with them on my behalf. After speaking to the owner, all that we got was a SORRY for the 55,000 saree. They ensured I had no choice but to wear whatever they had designed. Had I had one day extra, I would have let off my advance 25000 rupees and worn something better from a different store. I feel horrible after seeing my saree which has trail of rectangle and cones, and falling beads. I hope they don't treat others the same - discrimination based on the purchase amount.
