Extremely Disappointing costumer service for the bride.
I purchased and submitted the materials for my Wedding saree from the boutique in Oct 2024 and final date for collection was Mid of Jan 2025( which was said on the date of submission).I made sure I reminded the designer ,Junais, about my arrival even on the day as we reside in a far away District. I had made the appointment to collect the final product and he said to proceed to the store. I have to highlight that the stitching was Inappropriate for the Manthrakodi blouse and the wedding blouse was not even ready though it was submitted three months ago.
We waited for 2 hours still the blouses wasn't stitched to a final product. I decided to talk to the manager and he dint even show up to us. Meanwhile, the staff were trying to alter the blouse, however, making it even worse than before, considering no measurements had changed in these months. When it was nearing to closure of the shop at 8.30pm ,the manager approaches us enquiring the issue. He was not at all being helpful instead trying make adjustment on his faulty products and shut the boutique.
I am sure 3 months is a good time to finish 2 blouses which they failed. I also tried to keep regular communication with the designer (Junais) to get updates and they dint update about the product at all. They dint provide appropriate contact details to get in touch and their website isn't updated with correct number yet.
In addition, they sell clothes that are defected too. There was only very little cloth to tuck in for the wedding saree .Due to lack of length and on final drape, it was ending up on an ankle length saree ,giving the worse look for the bride.
Problems to Summarise:
1.Lack of communication of manager and staff members 2.Manager being inattentive to the customer 3.Delayed in stitching-Late by 3months for 2 blouses for bride 4.Faulty products sold-Short length saree 5.Information provided not appropriate-Google number not updated or no contact number given
As a bride, I had to look the worse with this compromised outfit on my big day.
This was incredibly frustrating as I had expected a much better level of service as per the brand name .They might have great designers ,well there is no guarantee on final product. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking for Quality products or professional service.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with Paris de Boutique, specifically with my point of contact, Junaiz. I went to the store three months before I needed my bridesmaids’ outfits, was given a quotation, and agreed to it. Since these were bridesmaids’ dresses, I was told they offered a service to take measurements online. Scheduling this itself was a struggle because Junaiz would not answer the phone. Once I finally managed, the ladies who came to take the measurements were wonderful — thorough and accurate. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.
There was no communication from Junaiz after that point. Despite me asking several times if I could see the progress or even pay an advance for the outfits, my requests were completely ignored. I had to call almost every single day to get vague updates, which was especially stressful since I was overseas and couldn’t check in physically. After months of chasing, Junaiz finally gave me the bill and it was heavily overcharged compared to the original quotation. At no point were these additional charges ever communicated. If I had been told upfront, I would have understood, but there was absolutely no transparency.
Even after paying such a large amount, the delivery was another nightmare. He refused to hand over the outfits to the person I sent to collect them, saying Paris de Boutique only uses their courier partner — yet he didn’t send them by courier either. To make things worse, he rarely answered my calls, so just arranging the handover took three stressful days until I had to send another friend to physically pick them up.
My order was for five outfits, and I believe that at the very least deserved basic communication, transparency, and respect. I am not writing this out of spite but in hopes that their customer service improves, because no customer should go through the back and forth I had to deal with for months. Read more#OVER HYPED TAILORING BOUTIQUE # NOT WORTH AT ALL For my daughter's wedding last week (Nov '23) I believed Paris de boutique would be the best choice even though they are priced on the higher side and believed they would deliver the best without having to run to your local tailor umpteen times for alterations. I had given 3 blouses for a much desired quality work. BUT I was taken in for a shock as 1) though it was a simple design they had ruined the mantrakodi blouse stitching. The other 2 blouses too had a lot of alterations and despite several alterations we had to leave with whatever they could manage 2) and I was running out of time to rectify it though I had given the blouse 1.5 months ahead of time. Now after putting up with all their nonsense work I did not have a choice as their very clever system of taking up full payment before even the first trial by the customer, had made me take it or leave it. When I shared this with a cousin of mine she said mostly all tailors work on a sample blouse first before even getting onto a Wedding sari blouse and usually they suggest the same to the customer. I said nothing of that sort came from the great designers of Paris de boutique. And now I have just noticed another proof of poor quality of their work and hence decided I would post this review. Even a local tailor would lock the side stitching of a sari blouse or a kurti - Pic 1 ( blue blouse by kakkanad local tailor) ..vs Pic 2 the poor quality and untidy work - and (sides left open without locking as in the picture) of the much hyped in terms of rate and quality of Paris de boutique.
