Part 1. Honestly, I can't understand all the praise and admiration for Natures Basket. It may have been better once, a few years ago, but over the past 1.5 years that I have been visiting this store, it has only gotten worse. But today it is just an ordinary store no different from thousands of others, there is no premium and uniqueness. Today Natures Basket is the best of the worst. Now in order: Just please do not respond with trite and standard phrases "We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope you will continue visiting Nature's Basket. Thanks again!" better leave it unanswered, otherwise it looks more like insult and disrespect. 1.Approach to the store is difficult because of the tight parking lot. At the entrance to the store in the nose hits sharp and not pleasant smell of spoiled products, dirt and not understand what else. We immediately see shelves with fruit (now we are talking about a store in KP). Fruits are incredibly expensive and most often not fresh, wrinkled, and sometimes spoiled. Next are vegetables and refrigerators with herbs and salads. same problem - not fresh, spoiled by the road. The greens are packaged in Natures Basket (own packaging) and these are also not fresh, old, black, greens. Next comes the bread, watch the deadlines, often the deadlines are overdue or on the verge of expiration. Next is a refrigerator with cheeses, sausages, marinated meats and fish. Dirt, stench, cockroaches. Most of the products are weathered and look very sad. Why such a large display case if there are less than 10 different products in it? Showcase with fish is even worse, old fish with cloudy eyes (the first sign of an old product) cuts of meat are not fresh. Fish and sea products should be on ice, not in water with ice. Refrigerators with sausages and chilled chicken should be cleaned more often and watch the expiration dates. Refrigerated and frozen food should not be heated and defrosted; it will spoil even if you put it back in the refrigerator. You can buy a product, go home, open it, and it will be spoiled. Display cases with dairy products should be kept clean and expiration dates should be observed. Why keep a whole refrigerator and sell 6 types of yoghurts from one manufacturer, we have no other product manufacturers in Pune? you can expand the range of products.
The wine and beer department is very poor; there are perennial wines from the Old World, France, Italy, Spain, all from the same producers. the same grape varieties and terroirs, but you can expand the range, bring wines from the New World (Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Uruguay) and new countries such as Macedonia. And yes, the price, of course, like everything else, is overpriced. In the refrigerator with deep-frozen products, put things in order, classify the products, and, if necessary, install additional equipment inside the cabinets. Separate the shelves. Now all the products are dumped in one pile. And please carry out maintenance of the freezing equipment. There is solid ice inside, water outside and please install handles on the doors, without them it is very inconvenient to open refrigerators. Well, as in the whole store, there are problems with deadlines, frozen products, poor appearance of the goods. The store has a lot of staff, despite the fact that the assortment is very poor and the space in the back is not large, but all the shelves are littered with duplicate products. There are almost always problems at the checkouts, slow and long service. There are always at least 6-8 people on the trading floor at the same time, the big question is, what are they doing? The store is dirty, the goods are not displayed neatly, spoiled products, cockroaches.

Iām shocked that my experience has been this tacky and almost vulgar at this branch. Amidst everything thatās going on in the country right now with the Kolkata case, you would expect the staff working here to be cautious with the customers here.
One male staff - apparently his name was BABU. He didnāt give his full name. He instructed his female employee to continuously click secret pictures of me - WITHOUT MY CONSENT, she was hiding behind the racks and creepily recording me. I had the courage to walk up to them and confront them about the issue and they said itās for āhis record as heās a personal shopperā. They continued arguing with me about how this is for his portfolio and justifying their actions.
While this may be true, there is zero tolerance regarding such unethical behaviour. This is absolutely ridiculous and illegal in ever way. Imagine being stalked and recorded on a phone creepily by someone hiding behind the food racks, and being caught off guard ā when anyway women have to guard their every step and every action in this society.
In 2024, women are facing such unethical stalking and surveillance without consent that too in such a reputed place like natureās basket in Koregoan park. I am scared and I wonāt ever see the natures basket brand in the same way again. I used to be a loyal customer but I guess women will have to stick to ordering online now cause even stepping out of homes seems to be scary and terrifying.
Not to mention that the whole store was disorganised. 10 people speaking to me at the same time. No one knows where anything was. When questioned, they said - oh the concerned people are on leave. It was chaos central. And to top it off - I was slyly recorded without my consent. Sad...

Over priced is one thing but to find insects in packaged food on multiple occasions is disgusting! What makes matters even worse is the way complaints are handled. I am shocked at how businesses such as this in India have a total disregard for their customers.
NaturesBasket, it is fair to say that you have lost me & my family as a customer forever! And by looking at the negative feedback & complaints you are getting across multiple social media platforms its clear you have absolute no idea how to manage customer feedback and I am sure you have lost many other customers from stepping foot into your establishment!
My advice to you is don't advertise good quality & good service when you are so way off the mark that it...
