Update : On 5th March 2024
Today at around 5 to 5.15 PM myself and my Son went to this shop to refresh myself as I was little tired. Ordered 2 NORMAL TEA and Puffs. But what I got was 2 GINGER TEA. I told him clearly that we ordered only normal tea but he refused to change and asked to have GINGER tea. I don't want to argue this GUY as i already knew this guy 's service. I left the shop without having that tea with headache.

Read moreTried Chai King for the first time and visited one of their branches today(chrompet) We ordered one Dum Tea and one Ginger Tea (Regular) — both priced at ₹30 each.
In terms of quantity, Chai King offers more tea compared to Tea Boy. However, the taste of the Dum Tea was just average — it would’ve been better if the milk had been cooked (kept on dum) a little longer to bring out a richer flavor.
Price-wise, Chai King is slightly costlier than Tea Boy, but significantly more affordable than A2B (Adyar Ananda Bhavan). If you’re not keen on paying A2B rates for a cup of tea, Chai King is definitely a better alternative — both in taste and value for money.
I just wish they allow the milk to simmer longer to serve truly...
