Had worst dining experience of my life ever.The dining experience was worst in every aspect starting from order taking till receiving the bill.OUR WHOLE FAMILY FELL ILL AFTER HAVING THEIR FOOD THE NEXT DAY😡😡😡WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Pros: None to be honest expect 1 or 2 average dishes

Cons: *Poor order taking:We weren't informed about the unavailable items while we were ordering.Instead,almost after 45 mins,we were informed about the particular food unavailability. *Poor service:The service was very slow.We weren't provided condiments too,until we had asked for it.Our plates were also not washed properly. *Lack of food:A lot of dishes on the menu were not available, we had very less to choose from *Poor food quality and taste:Most of the dishes didn't taste good and were very below average.Infact,the sizzling brownie we had ordered was worst,the brownie was somewhat sour and seemed to be an old stock.

#Soup:only 3 types of soups were available. We had ordered the hot n sour chicken soup,it was good in taste. #Calamari Bell pepper was okay #The Irani shawarma tasted okay too,however,we got only one while we had ordered 2 and had to cancel the 2nd one due to delay in service. #Kizhi parotta was actually better when compared to the rest. #barbeque chicken:we weren't provided with any condiments until asked.the taste was somewhat decent #Tawa grill chicken:not sure what type of sauce was poured onto it,but it was bad. #Singapore mixed fried rice:The rice was sticky and was overcooked.Infact,the appearance itself wasn't that of a typical fried rice. #Singapore mixed noodles:Taste was not bad,but not too good also. #Sizzling brownie:It was the worst one we had,the dish was bitter,the brownie alone was kind of sour and didn't seem to be fresh. #Falooda didn't seem to be satisfactory,had a lot of apples only in terms of fruits.

Overall was a very bad experience.I hope the restaurant takes the reviews of customers into consideration and work on making the fining experience...

Copper Kicthen is on of my favorite restaurants in chennai with their saligramam outlet being one that i visit often.. And also with good experiences at kotturpuram and velachery outlet i was quite excited when they opened up an outlet in chromepet which is closest to my home.. Right next to chennai silks and in between tons of restaurants the location couldn't have been better..

But due to Corona i still haven't been able to dine in here.. My experiences have been for 3 deliveries through zomato and swiggy combined..

The Packaging when ordered through zomato has always been good with zero spillage and the order too has been delivered hot.. The Same cant be said about swiggy though.. Cold food..

First order when they were newly opened was a plain biryani and Pepper Bbq half.. It was through zomato which was delivered in a jiffy and the food was hot and taste too was really good.. The Pepper bbq was too good with mayo with juicy meat.. The biryani was flavorful and aromatic..Served with decent onion raita and salna.. Totaly worth it.. With offers this came to 345rs..

Second order was through swiggy of a barbeque chicken.. The food was delivered in only a foil and handed directly.. No sides nothing.. The Chicken too didn't seem fresh and the bbq too was quite hard.. Priced at 215rs after offers was completely not worth it.. Complaints to swiggy weren't helpful..

Third again through zomato was of a Kizhi parotta.. Though it was packed well and delivered quick it wasn't the same as i have had their other outlet.. Less gravy made is quite hard.. The chicken pieces too were all bones..

This experience and review is based only on the delivery..For the price only the first order was totally worth it.. Rest all were disappointments.. Will definitely think twice before ordering...

Had been there recently and had a disappointing experience. Went there during valentines day. They usually never have certain dishes. Don't know why they have it on the menu. For eg. Chicken Almondine sizzler, in the 10's of times I have been there I could only eat this once because they never have this dish otherwise even during weekends when there is a good crowd. Service is bad because they tend to serve incomplete dishes at times and act like nothing is wrong. We were once served dragon chicken without cashews and were told this is how it is served now, we protested because we have had it there before and they put in a few cashews it makes the dish even better. After talking for a while they accepted that the cashews were over so they just thought it won't matter. Then we also got to know that the dish was rejected by a few more before and it was going back and forth to the kitchen and tables and being reheated again and again. In my recent visit during the valentines day we ordered chicken lolipop and after 20 minutes we were told by the server that the chicken is smelling foul so we are cancelling that dish. We had also ordered some Chinese sizzler in which the French fries were missing even though it's clearly present in their menu's image. Then we ordered another chicken porichadu dish which was way different then they had served us previously. When asked they just said that's how it is. We asked if they changed the dish or chef changed but they denied. I think they couldn't handle the crowd so just gave any dish that are similar. They just ruined the whole valentines day for me and my partner. Later we just left and went to other restaurant which we should have...
