Read moreStayed here for 2 days. Room cleanliness and staff services were good. The hallway stinks and room smelled a little weird (not bad though).
There’s no clear coordination between the staffs. When we checked-in, the staff said we had complimentary breakfast and had asked us to visit their restaurant in the morning. However, the person at the buffet said it’s chargeable for our booking but said it was okay and asked us not to worry about it. But I had my doubts whether it’s chargeable or not so the same day I enquired at the reception, the receptionist said it’s not going to be charged. But at the checkout the same lady who checked us in said there was a new charge on our bill from the restaurant. I clarified her the whole situation, after a deep thought she asked us if we could pay 50% of the charge. I feel that the lady didn’t want us to leave without paying for the food which we wouldn’t have had in the first place
Since I had the food I thought it’s fair to pay. Overall, it’s not about the charge but the expectations on their transparency and coordination between their staffs on their communication on client matters. It was very disappointing on my expectations in service.
Request to the management : please provide proper training to your employees on dealing with client matters and their communication. Also improve the hiring process to get a well qualified person to deal at the front desk. Post stay feedback email...
