Embassy Steakhouse Restaurant — Local services in County Sligo

The Embassy Steakhouse delivered on every level. The atmosphere was warm and cosy – perfect for a relaxed evening out. As soon as I sat down, I was given a complimentary bread basket, which was a really nice touch while I waited for my food.

For starters, I had the mussels – they were excellent. Great flavour, and the sauce was rich and delicious without being too heavy. For the main, I went with the T-bone steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The flavour was spot on, and the sides paired really well with the dish.

Very nice ambiance with lovely service. We went in without reservations and still got a table. Food was delicious, I ordered shrimps but got chicken strips instead (probably my accent). Chicken strips were very nice so that was ok. After that my wife ordered a Salmon with Wasabi, that was perfectly prepared. I had a steak, ordered medium-rare, but as almost always it came well done. I visited this restaurant last weekend with some friends who recommended the restaurant and we all really enjoyed the meal. The restaurant was very busy (seems to be a good locals spot) and I really liked the decor, very comfortable. I had the Ardsallagh goats cheese salad to start and a really good Irish Hereford fillet for mains.
