Grainne! What a horrible human being ! I'll start at the beginning.I called to get an appointment for a Chiropractic adjustment. I asked if the facility was disabled friendly and was not informed of the stairs I would need to climb to get to the therapy room. Once I did arrive and encountered the stairs with my heart and lung condition I had to slowly make my way up since I would be charged if I did not show for my appointment. I waited for 15 minutes before anyone at reception spoke to me and it was the so-called chiropractor that spoke to me. I repeated my concern about there being so many stairs and I was immediately told ''you need the exercise you re overweight.'' To which I responded that is rather presumptuous of you to state since you are not aware of who I am or what my medical condition is. Then I was asked. ''Why are you here?'' I said I have a 2 o'clock appointment. ''No one was here to talk to you,Give you the paperwork here, fill this out.'' The clipboard and paperwork was then shoved in my face and I was told to fill it out before the Appointment could continue. We are now 15 minutes into the hour that I was supposed to be having my appointment. I was then informed by the said Chiropractor that nobody was in the therapy room and I could use the desk in there to fill out the rest of the paperwork. The paperwork included some of the most intrusive questions I have ever encountered in 40 years of using a chiropractor. They wanted to know about childhood illnesses, car accidents, pregnancies, surgeries, family history, psychological , issues consent from my gp and so on. Once I was in the room with the chiropractor she sat down at the desk with me. Still had not examined my body. My Gate, my posture or spoke to me about any of the reasons I had showed up there for the appointment. An adjustment, a realignment of my spine to which I was informed that because of my weight I would need to see a nutritionalist first. To which I disagreed and that I was only there for an adjustment so that I could regain some comfort at night so I could sleep since I had been sleep Deprived for a week. I continued to try to explain my condition, which is a chronic life limiting Illness and most people do not live 10 years or more from it. I was repeatedly told that it's not an issue. It's not chronic, it's not terminal. You're just lazy. I need to lose weight, less calories And more exercise would be what she would recommend for me. Even Marking my paperwork as having in different ailment than I had repeatedly told her I had. I became absolutely frustrated with this woman. That I eventually snatched my paperwork from her hand and immediately left the office. Return to my car when my carer /husband was and proceeded to cry for an hour about how much fat shaming I had just endured in 45 minutes. I have never met a chiropractor less suited for the occupation than I did that day. I have never met a chiropractor who did not show one iota of empathy or compassion for someone else's pain. Do not go to this woman. She just wants people to get on a program. Where she can funnel them into a nutritionist. And to seminars about fat and weight loss which are plastered all over the waiting room . she does not care for your well-being for you. As a human being, you are just a...

The food was good but at the end of the meal I found blonde hair in my food, I couldn't finish to eat. I was thinking if I should let know that woman what happened but I almost finished my good. Absolutely gross, the fact they don't even wear a cap to protect again hair loos into the food. That never happened to me in Katie's Kitchen. I don't recommend you to dine in there, you could find surprises in food. I am feeling dizzy thinking about it until now... Very bad...
