Casa Nova Pizza — Restaurant in Limerick

I ordered at 8:25pm on Tuesday 13th august 2024, I had been told my food was to be delivered at 9:10pm so i headed downstairs from my hotel room to wait at 9:05pm for which i waited 35 minutes to call as it was late. i was hung up on straight away on the first attempt, the second attempt i was told my order should have left and they have no idea where it is, the lady then continued to tell me my order wasn't real as it was all wrong only to say to her that im looking at my order number and confirmation. I was then hung up on again to which i called back and questioned their reason and they said he is there to deliver my food then hung up again. so begrudgingly went back down to the lobby where it was finally delivered at 10:05pm to the receptionist not myself and not a single apology was given when i called to complain they once again hung up the phone. the food was okay but cold and the cheesecake was soggy. would not...

Kababs used to be the best in Limerick,but... I have no idea what happened. The quality standards dropped. I Ordered one last weak and I thought that the portions are getting smaller and also its not like it used to be. But today was over the top. I ordered Doner kebab delivery home and what I got was a joke in a silver wrapping. First thing there was like 3 strips of meat in the whole LARGE Kebab. Please keep in mind I ordered a Large one. Second thing someone rolled the kebab like a cigarette. I'm not even Joking I will add pictures. That's not how kebabs have to look. The Kebab was not appealing and it looked like who ever made it did not care about customers one bit. I would NOT recommend this place anymore. I went there so many times and then this new worker came and we told her what we wanted the offer from the old owner and she said no and got mad and then we bought everything we needed but then a curly short black hair popped up in my pasta we asked what is this she got nervous and went to the bathroom so today we went after a year and a half and we asked for the same offer but they made it more expensive and didn’t give us the right things even they charged us for the coke that came with the offer and didn’t give us the garlic bread that came with the pasta and we asked for the WiFi and they gave us the wrong PASSWORD like this was my favorite place but I’m never going there anymore I recommend a good professional to go there and check the kitchen and the workers I really recommend you to not go there very...
