Place is terrible. Majority of staff are okay, apart from one woman who was rude and ignorant. She injured my friend and started laughing at the fact that she was visibly upset. She banged on the door flinging it open and leaving a bruise on her forehead and gave her the middle finger. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. This ruined my friends night completely and she was not apologetic and thought it was amusing. I spoke to the manager and they said they would talk to her. Worst night ever. Bouncers were extremely rude for absolutely no reason, even though my friends and I are over 18. They gave out and yelled at me when asking why we were rejected entry. They didn't check our ID's and instantly refused us for 'being too drunk' when we were all completely sober.
