Cafe Milano — Local services in The Municipal District of Carlow

20/11/23.. after coming home from a long day at hospital we decided to get a takeaway from Milanos where we have eaten many times... so we ordered around 6pm with a substantial order of food ... fast forward a hour and 15 minutes still no sing of the food I decided to ring back when the girl in the phone was quite rude TELLING me I gave her the wrong address... so I ask for the food to be made fresh and resent to us. I did explain to her not to sent us the food she had on the counter as its made over a hour and a half at this stage and has left the heat lamps ect... she agreed the food would be FRESH and would take approximately 30 minutes... that's fine I said.. 7 MINUTES LATER the delivery driver arrived with a luke warm pizza and the rest of the food in the paper bag had fell apart in the plastic bag which I then asked the driver to take the food back as its not fresh... he said that it was his second time out wit the same food... SO I rang back and explained why I refused to pay the nearly €60 because it was cold and sitting over a hour and a half I wanted it fresh AT this stage the chief used profanitys and barred me.... HAHAHA SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS... I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM A PLACE...

I ordered a regular burger and a philly stake. The regular burger was regular, but for me, it was okay. My friend couldn’t eat it. The philly steak, however, blew our senses.
