I had a disappointing experience at this store after purchasing a bracelet for 160€. While the staff member who served me was somewhat helpful, he was far from friendly and the overall service lacked warmth. After continuing our shopping, we learned from several nearby stores about the Euro tax refund process for tourists — a simple and common service that allows you to claim back tax on purchases over a certain amount.

When we returned to this store to request the tax claim form, we were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from both the original staff member and his father. They were confrontational and insisted that issuing a tax refund receipt wasn’t possible — despite the fact that we had just completed the same process at other stores next door. It became clear they were being deliberately dishonest, which was incredibly frustrating given the amount I had spent.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt strongly about warning others. If you’re a tourist hoping for fair, honest service and the ability to claim back your tax like you can at most reputable shops, I would avoid purchasing...

Terrible service. Would not recommend, it’s just a tourist trap. Ruined my entire experience in Italy. Saw that most people had a pleasant experience with this store so I walked in, unfortunately I don’t know if it’s because the owner is racist or whatever but he had a really bad attitude towards me after I asked if the pearls are real. This store owner is the best. We bought a Braclet from him back in May and unfortunately my husband lost it. After searching I finally found the store sent an email and within 24 hours he had responded back with a picture of the bracelet exactly like the one that was lost and made arrangements for me to send a PayPal payment and ship the bracelet to us in the United States I am so grateful for his fabulous...
